What we collect

How we use it, and our legal basis

Cookies and analytics

This site works without cookies. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel. These measure page visits and clicks, such as on "WhatsApp" or "Download the free plan", so we can see which content and ads work. If you click Reject, or ignore the banner, neither is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by the CCPA, except through the Meta Pixel when you have accepted cookies. We use these service providers to run the business:

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. When your data leaves the UK, EU or Canada, we rely on these providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep coaching information for as long as you are a client and for up to 2 years afterwards, in case you return, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires. We keep enquiries that don't lead to coaching for 12 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents can also ask what we have collected and opt out of sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. This is the ICO in the UK, your national authority in the EU, and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in Canada.

Children

Our coaching is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
